Iron Station Trackman Golf Lounge Named Official Shot Data Partner of the 2026 Odlum Brown Vancouver Open
New Mount Pleasant private golf club brings TrackMan technology, player insights and interactive fan experiences to tournament week
VANCOUVER, B.C. — [Aug.20, 2026] — The Vancouver Golf Tour is pleased to welcome Iron Station Trackman Golf Lounge as the Official Shot Data Partner of the 2026 Odlum Brown Vancouver Open, bringing advanced TrackMan radar technology, performance insights and an engaging on-site experience to tournament week.
Opening in Mount Pleasant, Vancouver in Winter 2026, Iron Station is a new private golf club designed for golfers who want more from their time away from the course. With intentionally limited membership, Iron Station is being built as a place where golfers can return regularly, pursue meaningful goals and become part of a community that values the game.

Bringing tournament performance to life through TrackMan
Throughout tournament play, the Iron Station team will use TrackMan radar technology to capture key performance metrics from competitors on the course.
Following the tournament, players will receive exclusive performance insights, including driving distance, target accuracy and shot dispersion. The data will provide competitors with a unique look at how they performed under tournament conditions and offer valuable information they can use to better understand their game beyond the scorecard.

Experience Iron Station at the Vancouver Open
Fans, players and guests can visit the Iron Station tent throughout tournament week to meet the team and explore the vision behind Vancouver’s newest private TrackMan golf club.
The Iron Station Club Activation will feature:
- TrackMan technology and an introduction to the Iron Station experience
- The Guess Your Carry Challenge, presented by Iron Station, where participants can test their skills and receive a collectible gift
- A chance to meet “Chi Chi,” Iron Station’s restored 1976 Harley-Davidson golf cart
- An Iron Station Prize Wheel, with collectible gifts available throughout tournament week
- An opportunity to enter for a chance to receive an invitation to experience an evening at Iron Station
The Guess Your Carry Challenge will also be part of the Pro-Am Players Pass experience, giving participants another opportunity to engage with Iron Station and test their knowledge of their own game.
A new kind of golf club for Vancouver
Iron Station is designed to bring practice, training, recovery and connection together under one roof.
Members will have access to multiple TrackMan simulator bays, a refined members’ lounge, exceptional coaching, secure club storage, a dedicated fitness and performance area, as well as sauna and shower facilities.
With membership intentionally limited, Iron Station aims to create an environment where golfers can build consistency, pursue their goals and enjoy being part of a community centred around the game.

About the Odlum Brown Vancouver Open
On and off, since the 1930’s, the Vancouver Open has featured BC’s most talented Professionals and Amateurs competing for the coveted City Open trophy. While the tournament had many absences in the years to follow, it was re-incarnated at University Golf Club in 1992. However, the tournament was short lived after only two years of operations.
In 2007, Vancouver Golf Tour re-launched the Vancouver Open championship at University Golf Club where former PGA Tour player Phil Jonas etched his name on the trophy with a remarkable final round of 63 for the first Vancouver Open title in 25 years.
Since that win, the tournament has witnessed some generational talent vying for the Vancouver Open trophy, including two PGA Tour players, Adam Hadwin and Nick Taylor battling it out on multiple occasions from 2010-2013. Hadwin would take the title 3-times in 2010, 2011 and again in 2016. While Taylor would come within 1 shot two times in his two runner-up performances. Both he and Hadwin used the Vancouver Open to launch their careers on the PGA Tour, with incredible success.
The 2026 Odlum Brown Vancouver Open gets underway Aug. 26 at Fraserview Golf Course with the ever-popular Fundraising Pro-Am. Corporate golfers are paired with a Van Open competitor for 18-holes of team play, with the ultimate goal of raising money for local golf bursaries and scholarships.
The 54-Hole Championship is scheduled for Aug. 28-30 with the Professionals and Elite Amateurs in the field commencing their play at McCleery Golf Course on Aug.28, Langara Golf Course on Aug. 29. The top 50% of the field will make the cut to play the final round on Aug.30th at Fraserview Golf Course.
