2026 VANCOUVER OPEN – VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM

The 2026 Vancouver Open is being hosted at Fraserview, McCleery and Langara Golf Courses

WED, AUG. 26: Fundraising Pro-Am (Fraserview)
FRI, AUG. 28: Round 1 (McCleery/Langara)
SAT, AUG. 29: Round 2 (Langara/McCleery)
SUN, AUG. 30: Final Round (Fraserview)

Volunteers will be provided with a drink and lunch during their shift.
Volunteers are required to wear golf appropriate clothing (Golf Shirts, NO JEANS).
VGT shirts may be available for purchase at the registration desk.
Remember to dress appropriately for the weather. Bring a chair, sunscreen, bug spray for your comfort.

We are looking for golf volunteers willing to come on Friday (August 28) or Saturday (August 29) afternoon to McCleery or Langara golf courses, as timers/spotters. If you have a cell phone, it is easy to time, and enjoyable to watch the golf.

We are also looking for volunteers not helping at McCleery and Langara to setup equipment and supplies at Fraserview on Saturday evening from about 5:00pm to dark. You will work under the direction of the Vancouver Golf Tour core staff. You need to be fairly fit and be able to set up flags and other equipment around the golf course.
